All went GREAT today. Valerie, the lady who has been helping me since I decided on WLS didn't even recognize me at first

Only 27 more pounds until I reach goal. WOW!

Today, another student asked me how much weight I have lost and complimented me on my progress. =) It was really sweet because he made an effort to do it in private and appropriately.

school is closing early again tomorrow. Life is a good =)

today I am six months post op. I also reached ONDERLAND =)

made up her mind. And, even though the circumstances weren't great for the gym today... she went ANYWAY!!! Even managed to get an extra 8565 steps in by walking HOME from the gym<3

ended up going on vacation for a few days... was afraid I'd gain weight since I really didn't make the best food choices. But, it looks like I'm still down a pound or two.

So far, I've lost 5 lbs this week! Incredible!!
