So I haven't been able to shake this feeling that I should take a specific class at the YMCA. Today once again, I stopped at the schedule board and stared at the class, Hardcore Conditioning. Surly, I am to fat to take this class. At least that's the lye I've been feeding myself to ignore the obvious fact that I need to be in that class. So I walk away, having once again lied to myself, and I run into a friend. She tells me "You should take this class with me." Oh ya what ...

I go for my first fill Friday. I'll be in the Valencia office. I am so glad to hear you are doing well. 3cc's huh, I'm kinda hoping for a more aggressive fill, cause I have to travel so far and all. Well see, I'll keep you posted.

So I've made a decision. I going to make short term goals and rewards. My first goal will be to get under 275. As a reward I will buy myself a jingly belly dancer shall to wear to Zumba. So here's to the next 30 pounds.

I haven't gotten a fill yet, cause I live so far away. However I'll be back in town in early September, and I'll get a fill then. How did your apt. go?

Feeling good thank you. The summer heat is killing me I can't get enough water. I'm constantly thirsty and can only sip. So frustrating.
