Learning to have a healthier relationship with food is not easy, but perhaps being creative will help overcome the need to eat....
  2. I'm believe I'm getting enough ounces, but even after drinking I'm still thirsty, and I constantly have cotton mouth, which has always been a sign of dehydration for me. I had a situation at dinner the other day. So I'm now in the mushy phase and I was going to have pureed broccoli, (I was very excited about this) but I was so thirsty I had to have some water. After drinking I realized I couldn't have dinner yet. UGGG. Ohwell. A friend suggested ice chips so I'm going to try that, but its still alot more work over water. I never had trouble with water. I expected the trouble to be over food, but I've been totally cool with the food part.
  3. I'm two-ish weeks post op and am constantly thirsty. I can't get enough water, and I'm afraid of dehydrating. Summers where I live and super hot, 105+ for the next 10 days.
