I will share what my dr suggested - exercise in the morning. Weights 1st because it burns up the sugar, then cardiovascular which will burn fat. Weights 1st will increase the amount of weight loss. In the morning because it boosts your metabolism all day. It works for me. I joined Curves Smart, again because it works for me and is a challenge!
  2. I did not cheat, mostly because I knew I had a fatty liver and I did not want complications during surgery. Remember YOU can do this. For me, when I thought I couldn't drink another shake, I pictured a fatty liver and how in the heck was the dr. going to move that slimey thing out of the way so he could perform surgery. No problem... no cheating ....and no fatty liver at surgery!
