Overweight_in_FL

I have been overweight all my life. I have tried numerous diets all my life and lost weight with them only to gain my weight back plus more. Now at this stage in my life I want to live a long life and be healthy and this is the one thing that I can do to help me on the journey of life. I was told about a year ago that if I did not do something about my weight that I would be wheelchair bound in 5 years. At that time I started going to a weight doctor but it got to where I could not afford it. This was my last option and I have faith in myself it will work with my motivation to get it done.
