Without going through a Job/Company,just apply for personal benefits? Like.. Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield,and be able to see a LapBand doctor,would Anthem pay for your surgery as long as you pay your deductable? any ideas would be great!

Im 5'2 ,200lbs,bad Asthma,heart palpatations, ~family history~ of heart diease and diabetes on both sides.Im just TRYING TO BEAT this illnesses that are waiting to devour me.:cry Anybody advice?relate?or just wanna comment? I live in Cincinnati,Ohio. Im 5'2,200lbs, 26 yrs and suffer form asthma,sarcoid and was told I had a mild stroke at 16 yrs old.I have a family history of Heart Failure on both sides, and Diabetes. Q:I have been to to family doctors,and despite my dieting for the last 7 years and having a trainer and joining a fitness club trying on my own,they both refuse to look into this final option(Lap Band).Is their any other options for me..since my doctor wont even refer me for help??? Im gonna have a hard time getting financing or Insurance(Medicaid)... as it is.
