I wish I had done this years ago researched for 14 years. listened to several seminars in 3 diffrent states. Decided to go to Dallas to have surgery done. Found a great doctor Dr. Matt. Westmoreland. Very professional and knowledgable. Felt safe under his care. Thought it would be more painful and also afraid of post-op complications. Due to my weight. Went into surgery weighing over 470, with asthma, sleep apnea, joint pain, pseudotumor cerebri and many more complications. I have had no complications only problem I am starting to get hungry because I have to get my first fill. I had no hunger for 3 weeks, I have never experienced not being hungry unless I consumed a HUGE meal. Just sorry I did not do this long ago

Entering week 5, starting to feel hungry I need to continuing healing so I can get my first fill. Seems to be no restriction at all hungry every2 hrs. Not near as full as last 3 weeks. I have not weigh since my 1 week post op visit then i weighed 456 i think. I Weighed 497 in jan 2001. Had surgery on may 22, 2010. Its very hard to be compliant to my weight menu.
  3. :tongue2::smile: I had surgery on 5/22/10 have not had a problem with food getting stuck. I have not had my first fill as yet so I am starting to feel some hunger now that my stomach is healing. Once I get my first fill then I will have restriction and won't feel the hunger anymore. Hope that helps you undersrand restriction, good luck on your weight loss
