Run Girl Run

I'm down 16lb and counting. Life is great, I have a wonderful family that is supporting me. I am able to go get the kids pizza every Friday with out feeling tempted to eat it, I went to the movies with hubby and didn't feel tempted for popcorn or nachos, I can cook my much loved dinners that every loves with out feeling I have to nibble or taste. And it's only been a week. I can't wait to start hard work outs like running and boxing. (lol) 216 is my exact weight right now. I'll update every Thursday. Love ya'll keep up the good work.

I'm so glad you are doing well. I'm going to continue with two weeks of liquids as well. You and me are going to be hot momma's. I feel great, little pain in the tummy but I'm good. I 'm focused and excited. I made home made cookies with the girls and didn't have an urge to snack on them or taste the dough. I'm able to cook meals with out feeling I need to taste or nibble. No, they didn't give me a "Aparatus". I did a lot of walking around the house on the first day and went out for a brisk walk today. Yes, girl I am a size 16, I will save my clothes for you girl because I will no more be rocking a size 16, I'm going after a size 10. I'm so happy for you girl because you are going to kick that size 22 to the curb. How much have you lost so far ? I've lost since the surgery about 4lbs.

Surgery went WELL!!!! TODAY!!!!, I AM SO HYPE AND READY FOR A NEW LOOK AND A NEW ME. I have pain in my chest but it's going away as I walk and burp. lil bumbed about not able to eat right now, but I will not complain. I;m going to post a current picture of me. I'm currently a size 16, my goal is to get down to a size 10.

You had your surgery, how are you doing ? any words of wisdom ?

Thank you diva2010 so do you. The Dr. gave me two day's but I'll start it next week which is surgery day. I'm excited and nervous, it's the unknown. We must keep in touch.

Girl you look great. You and I are the same height and my weight is about 233. I want to keep in touch with you for support. What is the best advice you can give since having your surgery and very close to accomplishing your goal ?

I know how you feel my date is 9/9 so I'll keep you posted. The sad thing is I start a job 8/16 and now I have to tell them I would need days off. Little bumb on how I am going to tell them. Anyway, keep me posted with your journey.

How are you feeling ?

Today was a busy day. I visited with the Pshyo Eval doctor and he gave me the approval in 40 min. I've met with the therapys and out patient nurse and everything went well. Towmmorrow I meet with my dietian and then I way for a surgery date, everything is progressing. Thank you for my faith in him for getting me this far.

I just got my APROVAL call. I have an appointment Wed. @ 1:30, I am so happy.
