I am getting my surgery on July 15th...glad to find others that are going through this too.....Excited and scared but I think if we support one another we can make it to goal! Good Luck

There is a site that is free Called SparkPeople that is easier to use and there are lap band people on it that would love to help you through this....I just came here to see if there was anyone getting it done in July like me. I would say talk to your nutritionist...you shouldn't be hungry now or ever! Good luck! -
