I have a few personal goals for myself for this month Lose 10 pounds by July!!! Exercise at lest 3 times a week! No cheetos Drink 4 bottles of Water a day Take more time to pamper myself!!! I was so scared to take picture of myself but I did it!!! thank you so much for the encourgament I've been pretty hard on myself lately.. My 2nd fill is really taking alot out of me it's tight and everything I swallow just sits there and then I feel it go thru "WEIRD" But it has only been a week since the fill I'm to scared to eat anyting major other then nachos ha ha ha I still dont know how to make protein drinks ??? maybe I'm just have a moment I NEED SOME HELP!!! going to get weighed today to see if there is a difference since my 2nd fill....wish me lucky luck!!!!

Good Sleepy Morning!!!!! Not able to get much sleep lately not sure why!!!! So I got a kitty from my co-worker and her name is GOYA she is about 4 weeks old. She is full of energy! My kids are awesome my son had a bad dream about coyote's *did I spell it right" I thought it was funny I told him to cut the t.v. off and he didnt so BAM nitemares about wild dogs!!! One of the worst nights ever! I PB'ed for the first time ever since being banned in March I only tooks two bites of a 6 in subway sandwich and 3.2 seconds later A huge amount of SLIME AND MORE SLIME CAME FROM MY BODY!!! So ran to the restroom and fell to me knees and coughed one time and low and behold a ball of subway wrapped in slime!!!!! I cried and doubted my doctor and i wanted the band out of me!! i calmed down and just relaxed and i felt better after a few hours still wasnt able to eat much so i just went to bed no more pb'ing for me i cant deal with that!!!

hi there yes it has to be normal i had sorness for about 2-3 days after my first fill and i was swollen i just got my 2nd fill and i'm bruised kinds bad this time not sure why still swollen hang in there it has to get better

I've been banned for 2 months now and I just had my hair cut because of breakage and the fact that is is thinner then every before! So I'm faithful to my vitamins and protein now!

THE PB'ing STARTING I FELT LIKE A OCEAN WAS COMING OUT MY MOUTH! I RAN TO RESTROOM! AND COUGHED ONCE AND BEHOLD THE 2 BITES I TOOK WRAPPED IN A HUGE BALL OF SLIME!!! AFTER I THREW IT UP, I STARED AT IT AND CRIED LIKE BABY! AND I QUESTIONED WHY I HAD THIS SURGERY!!!! I WAS ON MY WAY TO CALL MY DOCTOR TO GET IT TAKEN OUT! I SAT ON MY BATHROOM FLOOR REALIZED THAT I NEED TO REALLY MOP THIS WEEKEND AND I CALMED MYSELF DOWN.....AND I SAID TO MYSELF THAT I CANT GIVE UP I WONT GIVE UP ...I JUST KNOW THAT MY BAND JUST HATES BREAD!!!! SO I HAVE COMPLETELY CUT MY RELATIONSHIP WITH BREAD PRAY FOR ME YA'LL IM STILL A LITTLE SHAKEN UP, KIND OF SCARED TO GO TO ANY RESTURANTS FOR FEAR OF THROWING UP SLIME AND ETC. I HOPE YA'LL NEVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS!! I LOVE YA'LL WITH MY WHOLE HEART!!
