  1. Thanks Kat! I was already planning on doing some progress pictures. That should be pretty fun. I am trying to prepare myself as well because we eat together as emotional eaters so I know that it is going to be hard for me too. I am hoping that his strict rules will help me to eat better too. He has a lot of weight to lose and so he hasn't been feeling very well for a long time. He is looking forward to enjoying life more and being able to do more things. I think your idea of having some easy quick meals will be good. I have 3 kids here at home too so that may help not for them to eat in front of him.
  2. Hi Everyone! My sweet hubby is scheduled for banding on Nov 6. There is so much good info here! I already saw the pre-surgery list and have taken my notes. I hope to be able to take good care of him. Any advice for the spouses?
