This is so sad and unbeliveable that the doctors would treat a paitient like this- as if they don't care!! OMG! Please go and find help perhaps in an emergency room at a hospital. Throwing up daily for months is not normal- you are right- something is defintely wrong! Please seek help somewhere else at another health facility! Best wishes! Feel betteer real soon!

My surgery date is June 18th- and I am also taking two (2) weeks off- so that I too can be on soft foods when I return back to the office. I do not think I can make it through a work day - only sipping on protein shakes! So, I agree that it may be best to return to work, when we can have a little food in the tummy!!

OMG! I HAVE NOT BEEN BANDED YET- I HAVE SURGERY IN 4 WEEKS- BUT I SURE HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON- AND ITS A SHAME THAT YOUR DOCTOR DOES NOT SEEM TO CONCERNED. A LOT OF BLOGGERS ON HERE RECOMMEND THAT WE USE GAS X TO HELP WITH THE GAS. HOWEVER, I HOPE YOUR DOCTOR WILL BE ABLE TO SHED SOME LIGHT ON WHAT IT IS YOU ARE GOING THROUGH! BEST WISHES!

Don't start feeling blue- talk to your doctor - and be positive. Start following a low fat diet and throw in some exercise daily. You will continue losing weight and feeling good about yourself. You can do it!!! Don't allow negative thoughts to throw you off! Hello everyone! I am Coco from New York City!! I have finally admitted to myself that I needed a tool to help me lose weight, and I am scheduled to have LAP-BAND® surgery on June 18th!
