Ok- I am going for LB to!!

Hello everyone! I am Coco from New York City!! I have finally admitted to myself that I needed a tool to help me lose weight, and I am scheduled to have LAP-BAND® surgery on June 18th! Please keep me in your prayers and wish me luck!!! Any suggestions out there on great tasting protein shakes???:thumbup:

    Congrats on your date! Best of luck! I liked the protein shots from walmart 26g protein in 3oz shot. I also drink slim fast ultra & atkins shakes. Chocolate & strawberry were good. Once you're on mushies cottage cheese is a good source of protein!

    Congratulations on both your choice and your surgery! I'm still experimenting with protein drinks myself. So far I like the Bariatriceating.com ones and the unjury.com ones the best. Both these sites have packets of samples (for a charge) so you can try them out.
