  1. Definitely sounds like Vit D deficiency
  2. Yep! I had big red welts on my tummy for WEEKS! Honestly, the itching was the worst part of the healing process for me.
  3. You're beautiful before AND after
  4. Post-sleeve, it's definitely weird to see how much "normal" people eat, and trying to comprehend that I used to eat that much too! It's kind of surreal.
  5. Do you think you're going to get a reduction anytime soon?
  6. I was wondering how big those were! They do look nice, but I can't imagine your poor back. Mine always hurts and mine were just F's!
  7. I get about 50 oz daily on average, and that's about the best I can do. Any more than that and I'd never have time to eat
  8. I started a 44F, so I feel your pain (literally!) I'm only 3 months out, but my boobs have definitely begun to shrink. I'm not sure what size I am right now because there is no point in buying new bras for these ever-shrinking puppies--I would be so happy to end up a C. That would be great.
  9. I wouldn't be able to hit 90 grams of protein per day on a DARE.
  10. That's not a stall. That's just your body recovering from surgery
  11. Right, but the patch gets removed after a month. They're not really comparable.
  12. It sucks now, but soon it'll all be in the rear view
  13. I still have a hard time with this. Now I try to push my extra food onto whatever poor soul is dining with me.
  14. Why not just do the liquid diet without the patch?!?
  15. It's definitely hard feeling like you're under a microscope all the time! Perhaps when you're not in meltdown mode you could let hubby and daughter know that though you appreciate all their support, sometimes it would be better if they just left comments in their head
  16. I was a thin teen. Didn't start gaining weight til I moved out at 18 and moved in with my (now) hubby. He has a crazy metabolism and can eat whatever he wants without going above 165 pounds. I picked up most of his bad habits
  17. Oh man this is one of my biggest pet peeves!!!
  18. If you gotta have it, get the stuff here with lots o' Protein in it! Http://www.bariatricchoice.com/rewardsref/index/refer/id/106452/
  19. Put that scale away for another week. There is no point in weighing for at least two weeks post-op
  20. I'm not a Christian, but I will never understand why atheists take such offense to the personal beliefs of others. To imply that all Christians are sheep or have fundamentalist beliefs is completely ignorant and an unfair generalization. IMHO, to absolutely refuse the existence of a higher power is as absurd as absolute faith in one.
  21. I used to have those dreams all the time when I was on Medifast. I would wake up in a panic. I hated that!! I haven't had one yet since being sleeved. (Watch, now I'll have one tonight)
  22. I puked every time I tried to drink for the first 3 days. Don't feel bad if you can't down a whole protein drink
