I have been so patient and kept telling myself that i will lose weight and break this stall but honestly this is ridiculous. I am exercising, eating 800-1000 calories (as per dietician advice) and I drink 2 ltrs of water every day. I feel so disheartened about the whole thing. I thought I'd broken the stall but now I've actually put on weight.
I really don't want to vent but I have no family to talk to about this and I don't really want to bother my friends about it as they just probably think all I do is talk about weight and the sleeve.
I work extremely long hours so I can't join a group either but I want to know how to break this stall 6 weeks now
