7lbs lost in one week!! Not bad!! and I havent had a fill in 9 months....1 more lb till im at 160!!!

Yaay me!! Down to 170lbs and feeling good.... Here I come 160!!

FINALLY met my 1st goal weight of 180!!! Now on to my next goal of 170lbs!

8 more lbs to go till my 1st goal weight!!

Im soo happy now that ive found a new surgeon who accepts patients not banded by him. And he accepts my insurance so I wouldnt have to pay an arm and leg out of pocket!!

Whoo Hoo!! another 3lbs in 3 days!! I am officially 50lbs lighter!!!

Got another fill today!! YaaaY!!! Now maybe my weightloss will pick up!!

No not since the insurance requirements last yr. Im sure she would need a food journal that I havent been keepn on paper.

I swear we are "twins"....lol.... I am also 5'2' and EXTREMELY lazy when it comes to exercise!! I just recently joined the YMCA (like last week) jus so I could try to reach my goal. Im really confused on the calorie intake thing. I havent figured out what wrks for me (after 1yr being banded) jus yet.

Hi Birinak! I see we have the same weightloss goals and we are currently at the same weight. What are you doing to reach your goal before August? Im currently stuck at 197 and cant get past this plateau. I to want to be at my 1st goal of 180 before July/August.

finally sucked it up and went to see Dr. Stephanie in Bryan, TX. on yesterday and what an awesome experience she was!! Thanks to all who referred her. I highly recommend her for all those looking for a fill Dr. in the Houston area. Well worth the long drive!!

U were 239 in that pic and u had a neck?? u must be tall!! When I was 239 i looked like miss piggy in the face with NO neck!!...lol.. So far my journey is going sooo slooow!! I am now yo-yoing b/w 201-197lbs. I cant seem to break past this point but im thankful to have reached this far. It took me abt 3months to get here in ONEderland from yo-yoing back and forth from 200-205.

OMG!! Teacher Appreciation Week was sooo good but was horrible to my weightloss!! Yes I will admit that I gave in to temptation and is paying for it dearly!! ( I gained about 3lbs) :-(...

I am soooo frustrated and sick of TRUE RESULTS-HOUSTON!!!!! They have not given me a fill since last November!! I need a new fill Dr. in the immediate Houston, TX. area ASAP!!!!

So its almost 10am and im still feeling to "tight" to eat :-( Is this a good thing or not?
