  1. I considered lap band for 2 yrs before I had my surgery.
  2. My lapband was july 18,2007 and it's the best thing I ever did for myself. My starting weight was 273 I am now 205. On labor day a guy ran a stop sign and t boned me on the drivers side and I am now on steroids for my back so I haven't lost any,but i haven't gained either. I haven't had a fill since before the accident, but i'm scheduled for one the 1st part of march. Then I'll be back on track. I haven't had a bit of trouble. I have energy out the gazoo and I'm back to enjoying life. I've gone from size 24 and they were tight and I'm now size 16. My goal was to be under 200 by christmas, but my accident side tracked me. This procedure was a blessing for me and I know it will be for you too. If you have any questions feel free to contact me thru this sight or email gail.m@insightbb.com
