  1. I have only told a few close friends and my mother. I have enough self doubt with out everyone knowing. In a little while, when I feel more confident in myself, I will then start telling other people.
  2. I remember seeing this on Aussie TV about a month ago. I had not long been out of hospital from the banding. I couldn't believe some one would do that to themselves, especially after what I had just gone through myself so that I could help get rid of my excess weight. I just hope she wakes up to herself soon and doesn't end up killing herself.
  3. No lost this week. I had my first fill last Thursday, it has helped a bit, but not as much as I thought it would. I just have to be strong and stick to a decent food plan.
  4. Hey Everyone, My start weight for this challenge is 308 which will have me down to 298 by Mother's Day. Best of luck to us all.
  5. I was banded a couple of weeks ago and would love to start on the Mother's Day Challenge. Not sure what I should be aiming for as I have yet to have a fill (sceduled in a few weeks and have just started the mushie stage) so I think I'll set it for 10 pounds to start with and see how I go. I am new to the pound system so hopefully I don't get it all messed up.
