  1. I was so happy to hear someone explain, why I am feeling so down on myself. My surgery was 4/21 I have lost 20 pounds which inclused my two weeks of liquids. I guess I have to be patient with my self and keep on trying. I try to realize the weight did not come on in 6 weeks and it will take much much longer to come off. Thank You Rose:tt2:
  2. Do anyone know the name of the nerve in the left shoulder? If so please let me know I have had terrible pain, since the night of surgery and It lasted 5 days, then found out I am lactose intolerent and changed to another drink that is lactose free and the pain is better. The pain does return if I put my shake in a blender and drink it the air that forms from mixing brings the pain back, so I have stopped doing that.
  3. Hi I had my surgury on March 21, and I am on liquids till next wednesday. I have had considerable pain in the left shoulder, but that is dissapating. I have lost 13 pounds and was starting to feel disappointed, but after reading your blog I feel renewed and optimistic. Thank you for sharing it truly offers a new outlook on the future results.
