Ok, officially fed up with feeling & looking like a frumpy old lady. My husband's 8 years older than me & because of my weight....I look (and feel) like his great aunt! I want to do this for me and to feel better about myself, not to mention the health benefits. Diabetes runs amok in my family, trying to fend it off!
