Yes some family can be negative about it especially the ones that can diet and exercise faithfully and do well, but when you done it all tried diets diet pills and there is no miracle diet to loose weight its up to the individual and this tool is what it is still you are the one to make it happen. i tell everyone i had it done even complete strangers some ask questions other don't no biggy,,, no need to hide.. it was your choice. Had been a little relaxed with my drinking and eating. A sip here a sip there. My dietician said 15 minutes before and wait for 45 minutes after. Even with Snacks. I'm happy to say it is a success. It really works.
