    Okay today I completed my 42nd mile! Since Monday I have been walking and running a total of six miles! Anyway as far as protein I had: 42 grams of protein in the form of a shake 20oz water vitamins Can of Cream of Celery
  5. I am soooo proud of myself on 01/06/2012 I: Ran three miles and walked three miles, which totaled 30 miles for the week! My goal is to complete 42 miles by Sunday 01/08/2012!! I didn't do that well on getting my protein in, but I had: Cream of mushroom soup (watery) Vitamins 60 oz of water Mexican style soup God bless!

    It's New Year's Eve! Yay! I am so ready for 2012!! Okay today I: Ran 3 miles Had 42 gram protein shot mixed with one scoop of Isopure protein powder 25 grams, diet V8 Splash (a cup), ice and light Reddi Whip blended! So delish! Vitamins 60oz of water Happy New Year!

    Happy New Year!!! Anyway this post is for yesterday! I just forgot, so I had: Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein shake 36 grams (I gotta get more protein in) Calcium MultiVitamin 40 oz of Water Snack: Sugar free fudge with a little peanut butter and Reddi Whip Glass of Chardonnay Ran 3 miles!     On yesterday, 12/28/11 I had the following: Isopure Protein 50 grams of protein shake Multi-vitamin Calcium Water And I ran 3 1/2 miles!

    I drink protein shakes and shots...I do have some soups from time to time. I just don't want the extra calories when I'm focused.

    Okay, I have to make sure I stay consistent with my documenting. Today I ran 3 miles Had about 40oz. of water and a glass of wine (Chardonnay) and some dried cranberries (sweetened ) No protein today, I have to do better, but I may have a cup of watered down cream of chicken soup (Maybe)
