HOV LANES... majior case in dc a pregnant woman tried to get hov lane status saying she had two people in the car.... she got the fine in the court... they said a fetus doesnt count bc it wasnt old enough to breathe on its own without her blood pumping thru it making it part of her.. not a seperate entity.

Ok Carlene. I thought we were staying within the bounds of the USA here But here in the us if the childs life is at risk (such as you posted was in the UK,) the courts can step in with a gaurdian ad lidem ( a children advocate lawyer) to make sure the childs safety is being addressed. Needless to say this is used daily with children that are ill in the us and the parents wont or cant get them proper medical care. Here in the US we can remove the child from the home to do this IF NECESSARY as a last resort. HOWEVER, here in VA a young man 16 with cancer was taken to court with his parents bc he wanted homeopathic cancer treatment and refused traditional chemo... it made alot of news bc the lower courts demanded the chemo...but on appeals they lost it and the child has chosen his own course of treatment.. Now 16 is very different then smaller children.

Are you a new rider? If so why in the world would you want such a large bike with so much power. You are crusin for a brusin... My first was a 400... I do have an XS1100 Yamaha... 1978... but it is a stream train. And if it falls it weighs SO much that i could NEVER pick it up. And i have crashed. More then once in the last 16yrs. Rethink such a huge bike. Remember i am 6ft tall and 240... and i wouldnt want such a cumbersome ride. If you do get it take a lot of riding courses so you can handle it.

I was calm and ready until i was all checked in and they all started poking on me and stuff.. then i got a little nervous. I was amazed by how ready i felt. Here are mine I have been riding since the age of 16. My husband builds them so he has about 4 right now, but he likes Suzuki. I chose the fzr 600 bc they are easy to ride, about 2000.00 and easy to find parts. They are not too big or too small. They feel great on the highway. I will say that with my port i feel it sometimes rub inside me but just sit up alittle and can get comfortable again.

And NO andrea went to prison for a little bit then was released... after Drowning her children... Alittle different then an abortion that takes 30 minutes ( i am not talking about late term) or holding each of your children while they squirm in the water for 10 each... and for VERY different reasons.

ok i read the last response too. I AGREE with you about the husband being a major part in what happened. He was very "Korresh" if you ask me ( I am not trying to open that pandoras box) I think he was responsible for spousal abuse and maybe many more charges. She is the one that took it upon herself to hold them down in the water. That is why i think that it puts her in another category of cruel and unusual. But you bring up very good and correct inforamation about the stuff that was going on to HER.

You think it was wrong to convict her? I mean for real She could have stopped after the first one. It takes along time to drown someone.. how can you look at your child with their eyes open stuggling and fighting for air. And then do it over and over again. The 7 yo put up a hell of a fight also. I mean he was trying to save himself. I dont care how depressed she was, she could have just killed herself. This was a deiberate and sucessful attempt to kill just them. I think the second trial was a travesty. She had choices, she choice to kill them.. but they had a name and a face and a personality. Very different then abortion. It was a child not a fetus..or unborn whatever you want to call it.

People SHOULD be responsible with their vehicles too but i bet most of us here have been speeding from time to time... and maybe even caused accidents they have been in... so cast no stones.. no one here is perfect or else eveyone here would be thin. Not all of it is. And i know alot of emo kids that dont cut or scratch. It is more thought provoking music then say... britany, or paris, or anythign else pop. It is not all bad either and they are far more upbeat then a marose goth kid. They usually are politically observant and they stay up on events. They are more a movement, not just a fashion sense. But many people listen to emo and do not get into that.

To make sure the enviornment stays sterile. rembember they flip you around alot... on a bed. off a bed. If they get it on themselves..then in you by accident it could cause an infection. You will be knocked out! Who cares if you have makeup on.. they have seen it all the good the bad and the ugly... You dont need one more thing to do that morning. That sounds like all those girls in elem and grade school who stae they are "abstaining" from sex, they are just give head. They think that is ok... Whatever, sex is not just for baby making.... and if you think it is you are REALLY Missing out!
