Sorry it’s been too long . . . but I’m still on track and losing . . . YEAH !! I’m down 44 pounds since June, which I think is about half way to my goal. I had my hysterectomy eariler this week and I'm feeling pretty good. I need an adjustment but wanted to wait until my surgery was over. Hope your doing well.
