hello im hiedi im 278 pounds and have done everything i can to lose the weight but im one of those people who lose the weight but i eat one good food and i gain it back! when i found my doctor i was so happy he showed me everything i got so much help from them and making sure this is what i wanted. the frist time i tryed to get my insurance to pay they told me no. so i tryed again and still no so i have up then out of no where my doctor called me and said i got approved that was the best day of my life! i'm wanting to lose about 130 pounds! can anyone help me and tell me what i should do before and after the surgery! :)
