hi there, thanks for your response! i did have a small unfill and i've been having reflux issues (possibly an ulcer where the hiatal hernia fix was done) so i've only had 1 small fill since september or so. last night in fact, a pill got stuck again - at midnight again! i definately have post nasal drip so maybe that's it. since this last fill tho, when something is stuck, it feels like my chest is going to explode and i panic. before this fill, it was painful but not so bad to scare me. i haven't lost 1 lb in 3 months either. i'm stuck. i exercise like crazy. i must snack too much. the 100 calorie snack packs seem reasonable but i'm finding i have 3 a day! thanks for your help! 40 lbs down, at least 40 more to go! i have to get this scale moving!
