  1. I'm three days out from my surgery, and I'm doing great . I must admit I was really scared and didn't really know what to expect, but know that I have been banded I am extremely happy I did it. I've been in very little pain, and I even walked 30 minutes on the treadmill today . The only problem I've had so far is getting all my liquids in. I'm a little worried about becoming dehydrated, really don't want that to happen. Today I'm going to really push myself to get the liquids in.

Hey jaimemealy, I totally understand how you feel. I'm due to be banded tomorrow, excited, but just like you said the only thing that I can think about are the "what ifs", what if this band doesn't work, what if I don't lose any weight at all. I'm really want to get my mind off the "what ifs" and move to the "I can". Just stay encouraged. You CAN!!!!!
  4. Celebrate your 90lb loss, I know it's not where you want to be, but just hang in there, your goal weight is on the horizon.

Hi All, I am on my 6th day of liquid diet (woo hoo!!!), it's been a hard, but not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I felt a little weak after the 4th day so I had a small bowl of turnip greens. I felt much better afyerwards. My surgery is set for February 4th, I'm a little anxious, but still very excited about the future.
