Hi Cherie I live in Surrey and am due to have my band fitted this Tuesday (17th) by Joe Horner at Ashford Hospital in Middlesex. I dont know anyone else he has banded, so would be pleased for any feedback myself. Keep up the good work regards Julie

I'm from just outside Kingston so not very far at all! I havent been banded yet but have just begun the fat free two week countdown to my op. Its being done at Ashford Hospital in Middlesex by John Horner. Im nervous but excited too!:omg:

Hi Everyone. Im due to be banded soon (17.10) and went for my pre-op assessment today. I'm feeling excited and nervous - this procedure is not that common yet in the UK, and I dont know ANYONE personally who's had it done. So Im hoping you guys will be able to help me on my way !(please?). I have to go on a Fat Free diet from now until the op - any good recipies / ideas that may help me with this? I'm enjoying looking around the site, and am picking up stuff as I go, so hopefully I'll be a seasoned pro before I know it. Take care Julie
