Okay that's not all that bad but I would lose my mind trying to find something to eat that I actually like. I am such a picky eater that I'd starve dang near to death!! Talk about moody!! Moody would not evern be the word for it, lol!! damn no olives??? What the french fry???? No cereal??? Lawd can you have water??? Dang gurl!! Wow extreme is not even the word. How do they expect you to saty in the guidelines & still get in your proteins??? That's crazy!! Well I will be rooting & praying for you & your sanity on my mind for you that you make it thru this madness!! If I come up with something tasty you can try I will definately let you know!! Hey Kimmmmmmmmmmm!! Thanks for accepting my request. I see that quite a few doctors have patients do some type of diet to shrink the liver before surgery. What kind of food did they recommend for you???

Just think of it this way this will be all worth it in the end on the road to the new you!! Lol!! I can’t wait for them to get all paperwork done so they can finally send it to my insurance already I am starting to lose my ever livid mind I tell ya!!! Lol!! So how long do they have you on this diet??

I live in the Bronx and work in Brooklyn not to bad of a commute but your commute can't be all that bad since your going away from the city. So what are you gonna do when you go on straight liquids & other stuff for like the 1st month?? Poor puppy's!! I tried Medifast foods once before & I could not do it not one bit, that is the most nastiest food ever!! Hmph!!

I'm doing pretty good can't complain much!! I just wish all reports were done & submitted to my dr.s office so they can submit it to my insurance already!! The wait is going to drive me insane gurl!! Wowwwwwwwww!!1 Way to go on the 10 lbs!! Your weight loss will pick up again walking is good you will be amazed by how fast 20 mins go by. If you have a Wii try the fitness games they are really good from what I read & friends that I know have it has helped them lose quite a bit of weight all the while, while having fun. Puree food is not really that bad if you like progresso soups try them their not bad when you puree them in a blender. You can also add an unflavored protein to it also to make sure you get enough protein in.....

See I thought I was the only that they pissed off in the very beginning!! That's the only problem that I have with them. I think if they stop socializing so much they can tend to the darn patients for once. I schedule my appointments early so I can go to work but never can seem to get out of there before 12:00 they are the worst!! I am going to go to the next meeting to get more info & tips. I keep seeing stuff about this YouTube stuff can you tell me more about it? I mean folks are blogging/recording thier whole lapband experience?? YouTube for support really??? Wowwwwwwww!!! I seen my PCP today & he is excited for me as well for getting this surgery. He said he will have my medical clearence letter ready & faxed to my surgeon by tomorrow!! I wish the psychologist & the nutritionist could be as fast!! HMPH!! The wait is going to do me in gurl!!
