Hey Mama!! I just renewed my membership to planet fitness so just let me know when and I am there!!! Since we both in the bronx that makes it easy for us to hook up & help each other!! Alot of my friends just don't understand my choice so I am doing this basically alone besides the support of my family!! Friends nope!! You should be gettin in at least 40-60grams of protein a day. I will send you my info along with other stuff you can look into. Hope this will be the boost that you need to get your weight loss back on the right track. All info will be in your inbox!!

How much protein are you getting in each day?? Are you working out? Since your in the Bronx so I am if you want a work out buddy I all for it we can help each other out if you wanna. Just let me know I'm all for it!! I have a goal to reach and that is be back to my old me before my birthday!! Turning 40..... so I wanna look like I am in my early 20's ...If you are not gettin in enough of your protein I know of some things that you may be able to use on top of other stuff that you may be using. Gurllll!! My doctor only does his surgery on Monday & Tuesdays!! This bites in the worst kinda way!! Lol!! When the girl told me that I was like what the french fry??? This some fraggle naggle bullsugar!! I was so prepared to have surgery on Thurs or Fri home by the weeknd rest & back to work on Monday!! I just started this job I can not afford to get fired/laid off for absences or nothing like that, not this day in age.....But I will see what I can work out when I meet with them on Wednesday to talk about last minute details, get my pre-op paperwork and pick my date!! I can't wait!! then my count down will begin. So have you lost any weight on the diet they put you on thus far? Gurl 2 more days!! Awwwwww!! Shoot shake a tail feather!!! Hey Juicygirl!!! I know about anxiety!! This process can really make you lose what mind you have left!! LOL!! We going to keep positive that you are going to get approved. I have Oxford Health Plans Insurance. They approval only took them 2 weeks to approve me I started this journey in November/December with alot of testing needed to be done. My longest wait was gettin my appointments with the nutrionist & physchologist becuz I had to wait for them to come back from vacation....Oxford Health Plans policy does not require any supervise diets or anything like that before approval, thank goodness!! I will be keeping you in my prayers that everything works to your favor. What insurance do you have?

I just wished that my dr did surgeries on ther day besides Mon & Tue. I was hoping to do my surgery on a Thursday recoved & relaesed from the hospital by Saturday the latest then back to work on Monday. I just started this job don't needs to get fired!! But I am sure with God's grace & mercy we are going to come up with a plan!!! Lol!!! I will be looking for all types of advise thanks for the listening ear. OMG!!! I was just poking my head in to say hellerrrrrrrr & see how your doing?? What the french fry??? Broke his nose?? Are you kidding me?? Tell him to tape him nose together wrap it in gauze and more tape & get to you into surgery STAT!!! Dang mama!! Sorry to hear about your delay. Well it gives you one more week to me even more prepared than this week. I will say a prayer for you & that all goes well next week. (And pray he don't break a foot or a cheek bone next!! Smmfh @ the dr.!! Hmph!!)

I go on the 17th to get my paperwork for my pre-op testing and to pick my date of choice for the surgery. It bites that my doctor only does his surgeries on Mon & Tue!! Grrrrrrr!! So wack!! But I no care I's approved!! I will work out something!! I guess they will tell me then if they want me to do a liquid diet or not. I am just so excited!!!
