  3. Hey there I'm two weeks post op also, and I was at a stand still for a couple days there. Try eating a HIGH protein diet for a few days, it might kick up your metabolism. i have one question though........ what is "bandster hell"???

  5. Just wondering if anyone drinks coffee, I'm two weeks post op and really dragging!!! Will having one cup in the morning hurt??
  6. I gained a little when I first started eating real food too, and I got really discouraged, but then I lost it again so i don't think you have to worry about that!!!

  8. Hey there everyone.. I'm two weeks post-op and i'm not having barely any restriction while eating, I even ate bread yesterday with no problem. Is this normal? I will have my first fill in about 2 weeks. Will that help? Also I've lost 18 lbs from the pre-op liquid diet till now.. is that good? Any advice will help!!!!!!
