Weight Watchers

Has anyone been sucessful doing weight watchers while being banded? I wonder if it will help structure my eating habits............

I tried weight watchers but didn't really stick to the program. I do think it is a very healthy, sensible way to eat. As a bandster though, it may be a little high in carbs and not high enough in protien. You can probably do the program, just tweek it a little. The meetings are great! I think it will provide lots of structure to your eating.
