    I understand your fears. For me there was absolutely no pain from the surgery itself. But the gas pain was bad, manageable but bad for a day or two.
  3. I too am doing a charm bracelet. Every ten pounds earns a charm, every 30 pound mark will be a special Pandora bead. Next stop Pandora!!
  4. It may very well be from your weight lifting. You mention your clothes are looser but your weight is staying the same. This happens very often when you are gaining muscle mass. Hang in there the scale will move when your body adjusts. Your doing great!:smile2:
