thank you! ya i saw that you had to have 3 surgerys total! thats crazy! but you look great and your numbers are really good!! whats some of the hard things you had to deal with? im only 4weeks out and i dont have much restriction at all! i go in thursday for my first fill.so that will be good! i heard it takes awhile to get use to it after u have alot of restriction! hope to hear from you soon. keep up the great work!

hello, im sorry to hear about the hernia but luckily he found it soon and is going to fix it next week and then you will be back on track! does it hurt at all? were you doing to much lifting or how does the hernia start? thank you for adding me on facebook! im on there quite a bit. i love meeting new people on here to keep in touch with! i was banded on march 1st so not long at all! its nice talking to people that have had it for awhile to get some info and tips from! have a great day and il talk to you soon:)

ya i feel you i was so hungry about the 3rd or 4th day after!! but when i started eating soft foods it helped alot!! i get my first fill around the same time as you,maybe a week earlier. i cant wait to get more restriction in my band!! it will be nice to feel full and satisfied when you eat! well keep in touch and let me know how you are doing. have a great night!

i just started to walk a few days ago and i think that really helps speed up weightloss! is that what were suppose to have 1200 cals a day? i was wondering how much we should have a day. when you first got your fill how much could ur pouch handle at a time? 2ozs? it sounds like your eating really healthy which is awesome!! you are doing a great job with everything!! i cant wait til im out of the 300s as well!! that will feel soooo good! do they put 3.5 ccs in everybodys first fill? or is everyone different do you know? well it was great hearing from you and once again GREAT JOB with everything!!! and i hope your daughter gets rid of them soon! and i will add you on facebook. im on there quite a bit! have a great day and il talk to you soon:)

hey there,it was great hearing from you! and you can write me a novel anytime you want!lol i love hearing how you are doing and getting tips from you! wow!!sounds like you are doing great with your band! im sorry to hear about your daughter getting lice!thats no fun at all!! im not looking forward to when my kids are older and all in school when head lice are going around!lol it seems to be once a year theres a case of em that go around! thats great you lost 10pds in 1week! im a little over 2weeks post op and have lost 25 pounds already!! im so happy bout that!! i have the 14cc band also but i dont have any in it until my first fill in about 3-4weeks. i cant wait to have some restriction! i cant eat as much as i did but i feel like i can eat quite abit if i wanted to! im eating soft foods now. that first 10days were horrible for me!lol my pain is gone except portsite every once in awhile and i have bad shoulder pain that comes and goes!

hey there! how are you doing? my surgery went really well the dr.said everything went real smooth just like it should so thats good! my stomach is still prety soar and shoulder! but other than that im doing prety good! how long did it take you to not be in pain anymore? what phase of the diet are you in now?are you eating regular solid foods all the time now? i cant wait til im there!lol its been 5days and now im starting to want to eat!! did you get the urge to eat also or not? the first few days were ok but it seems like everyday is geting harder now!lol well i just wanted to let you know that my surgery went really well just like you said it would! i hope your doing great and i hope to hear from you soon! have a great day shannie:)
