Hello, I am 41 years old and happy to be newly banded after years and years of yo yo dieting. My starting weight was 246 and my goal is to be 170 at 5'5". Was banded on March 19, 2010 and can honestly say that I am not hungry! I am married with no children yet but maybe I will start trying after I reach my goal. I started this Journey on January 13th 2010 and was approved on february 23, 2010 with Anthem BCBS, approval only took two days. Dr. Enoch's was amazing and very skillful with the SIL (Single Lap Band Incision) I highly recommend him if you live in the NC area.
