  1. I was banded 12/29 and I'm going through the same thing. It must have something to do with the liquids going right through us. It's only temporary and I look forward to the day when I can start eating solids. I've been putting a bit of greek yogurt in my soup for extra protein - it seems to help a little. Or try some plain greek yogurt with some banana protein powder - tasty, and greek yogurt has twice as much protein as regular yogurt. I hope it gets better for you.
