  1. I had my surgery on 12/22. I have my post-op appt next Thursday. I've been doing my best to just drink the small amounts prescribed, but I have yet to experience any kind of satisfied feeling - I'm always hungry. And really thirsty. I've been sipping Water all day but I have to fight a constant urge to just guzzle it. So I guess my question is, am I just going to always be hungry, yet eating small amounts for fear of stretching my stomach? How do I know when my stomach pouch is full? This morning, I had 2 oz of yogurt and was still so hungry. I went ahead and finished the 4 oz container. I still felt hungry. I waited about 10 minutes before having some shake. 3-4 MC's of shake later, I made myself stop because I'm guessing at this point, I could be stretching my stomach pouch, right? But I was still hungry. I mean, I guess I'll be in for a fill pretty quick and I hope it helps, but this feeling has been here since day two after the surgery, when my band area was supposed to be swollen almost closed or something.
