so when he did your fill, did you drink a little water or a lot. I've had 2 fills but dont feel restriction at all. I dont go back to the dr for another 7 weeks but want more restriction.

Can you use slim fast shakes for your liquid plan. I havent gotten quite that far yet, still waiting for ins approval.

I havent been given my menu yet but that is actually better than i thought it would be.
