i'll have to try that... my NUT said they weren't really concerned with the carb count... but want you to eat sugarfree popsiscles.... go figure

scheduled for the 29th,,,, started the lovely liquid diet today... not too bad just hate the empty "feels like your gonna throw up" feeling of being hungry. Im hoping I'm one of those lucky ones where that feeling stops... does egg drop soup pass as broth? Its sure a whole lot better than plain broth and I get to go into the chinese restaurant to smell the smells

been off here a little while but I'm back... met with the bariatric coordinator today... meeting with Dr. Rapp tomorrow in Aiken, SC... December 29th is D-Day... wasnt too happy to hear about a Foley cath and drain but I guess that's part of the journey... Ill be reading a ton on here from now on...

I remember from some where an inch for each 30lbs lost... maybe Dr. Oz a few years ago

since your on the west coast already I would have to suggest Aceves in Mexicali.. there are alot of his patients on here and all seem to be very happy... I was considering him and I'm on the East Coast.... but I found a local surgeon and a great price...

glad to see u guys getting this man's room going again.... got my tentative date today for 12/17!!!! I'm self pay so no hoops to jump thru!!

I've been on here for a little while now and really wish the man room would take off with guys posting... I've tried to search by male posters to really see what goes on with the procedures but this site doesnt allow a search like that. I see a few guys here and there on different posts but for some reason the man room is viewed by more women than men. anyway... I've decided to go ahead with the procedure here in SC and reluctantly have to finance part of the cost due to an unforseen work comp injury. Looking at Care Credit... I'm 5'11" 350 lbs... alright my brothers chime in...
