  1. i haven't had it for a really long time...surgery was on October 21st. but i have lost 31 lbs so far and i don't exercise like crazy. i go 3x weekly maybe for 30 min.... even without exericise your going to loose a substantial amount due to the restriction in eating.
  2. i just got my first fill yesterday...and i have noticed that i don't really have any appetite, but i have been monitoring how long it has been inbetween meals. When i do eat obviously i can't eat that much. but when i get the signal i am full i get horrible pains in my shoulder almost like if there was a gas pocket there.. is there any other way besides having the pain to figure out i'm full. When he filled me he filled me with 7.5 CC's i dunno if anyone knows a specific amount i should eat...i really would like to not feel the pain if its not neccessary! Thanks Courtney
