  1. I had my surg on 10/30 and for the first 2-2 1/2 weeks was losing a pound a day. THen the entire feeling of constriction was gone and I was hungry all the time. I called the surgeons office and spoke to a nurse who said that is normal and I needed a fill. I will go on Monday and hopefully that feeling of fullness will return. My friend who had this surgery done 3 years ago said that at the 3 month mark she really started losing fast again...I think that is because you have enough fluid in your band to keep you full by then....goos luck..
