movetolose got a reaction from JoanneLaRusch in Almost at 1 month... only lost 20 lbs!
I was 4 weeks out last wednesday and I only lost 12.2lbs( I will weigh again on this wed, once a week). I am disappointed about it but I guess I will be a slow loser. I am trying to look at it like Tiffany explains. It's weight that's gone that won't be back.....So anything is something!!!!

movetolose got a reaction from Jbr043 in Frozen Hot Chocolate
So I saw the sign for Frozen Hot choclate at D&D and my mouth started watering. I didn't even ask for the nutritional information cause I knew it would have been a whole days calories for me. I decided I was going to make one on my own, I had to or I was going to break down and buy one. Mission accomplished....Here's what I did
1 Eas Carb control Choco shake
1 pack swiss miss No Sugar Added Hot Choco mix
    1 serving benefiber
    1 serving beneprotein
and ice (I used 6ish cubes)
Blended in the blender, poured in a frozen mug and added some fat free whip cream......
