Need some help....

I am looking for a place to input ingredients that will calculate nutirional fact for me. So far the only sites that I have found want you to select from thier drop down of products but I was unable to find my fist 2 products of my recipe in the list. I don't mind having to add the calories, carbs and protien in myself but once I am able to cook things like family dinners I want to make sure I know my amounts to make sure I am getting enough.

Any help???

I use www.myfitnesspal.com to do recipe nutritional calculations. It saves your recipe & then you can pull it up anytime.
