Thanks so much for the kind comments. You look Fantastic! I know you will be at goal before you know it. Let me know if the grapeseed oil works and if it tastes bad. I have upped the Protein and my hair is not falling out as bad. Also my dr. told me to start taking a biotin supplement so I have started that as well.

Thanks! I will post more this week. I measure on the 20th of every month so I will measure tonight. Hoping for 3 more inches....that will put me at 20 inches lost

Just looked at your pics. You look fantastic!

The fill went good. No big deal. I only got 2 cc's though. I thought I would get more. I am on liquids for the next 2 days so we will see if I have restriction when I try to eat tomorrow night. I hope I do.

When do you get your next fill?

Im doing ok I guess. Lost 23 lbs in a month but have gained 4 back. I get my first fill today..>YAY!!!! I am so excited and nervous. How are you?

That's cool. I hope I feel some restriction soon. I like it right after surgery. I few bites and I was full!

Awesome!! Congrats. I just got banded 12/17 then rebanded 12/20. I have lost 23 lbs but have gained about 4 back in the last 2 weeks. I have absolutely no restrictrion right now. I get my first fill on Thursday so hopefully that will help.
