  1. :eek:Well ladies I have been having a hard last couple of weeks. I am not hungry most of the time but yet I get these cravings especially for things that I have strictly stayed away from since my surgery like Reese's Pieces and sonic blasts from Sonic. Afterwards I feel awful. I have good restriction and I can say that I can't eat alot at one time especially chicken, meat and breads, things that before my fill I didn't have a problem with. My real problem is the snacking especially when I am bored and I'm not even hungry. I know that I am PMSing and that explains the craving for the chocolate. I just need to listen to my band and find other things to occupy my time. My only saving grace is I am still exercising and so I may gain a few lbs but they come right off. Just wanted to let you knows what's going on with me and that I am going to rededicate myself to this lifestyle of being banded. Hope all is well with all of y'all.
  2. I have the allergan band. So far so good, but of course it is only my first day on real foods, we'll have to wait and see how it goes. LOL
  3. Yes it is very slow! I think mine is starting to move again. 2 lbs in one week.
  4. So far so good! I definetely can tell the difference! I didn't need a fill for 6 months either! Hope all is well!
  5. Went for my first fill in about 6 months. I now have a total of 8.3cc. I hope it does the trick and hope it's not too much. Hope everyone is doing well.
  6. I'm so sorry to hear that, I hope that everything goes better from now on.
  7. Considering the complications you are doing great. Keep it up!!!:tongue2:
  8. I am so happy for you, me, I'm still about 40 lbs away from my goal and it's been hard the last couple of months. I'm anywhere between 184-190. But that's still 80+ pounds since September, so I'm happy about that. Keep up the good work.:tongue2:
  9. P90x is working. The scale is moving again. Yippee!!!!! Hope everyone is well.
  10. At least it's good to know that I am not the only one.
  11. Today I started following the diet that came with my P90X program although I modified little to decrease the calories. Instead of 1800 I willbe between 1200-1500 calories. I am allowed 5 proteins, 1 fruit, 2 veg, 1 carb, 1 fat, 2 dairy, and a snack basically. I already have a protein shake a day so i am going to odmit the recovery drink and bar. I also have started a food journal and planning ahead. I also eat every three hours. I have heard that so many times and with the restriction that we have it shouldn't be a problem on small meals. So hopefully this will step things up.
  12. I am feeling really frustrated right now. I am going to schedule a fill tomorrow because I am just not losing the weight anymore. I have been battling with the same 4-5 lbs for the last two months. So I have been thinkng about what I have been doing wrong and trying to get motivated to exercise. I have been exercising but not like I should and I have my good days and bad for my diet. Like today was a very bad day. I just don't have any restriction anymore. I mean there are still things I can't eat but other things like Pizza I have no problem with. So say a little prayer for me and I restart this journey tomorrow. I also think my metabolism is shot and I have hit a major plateau and if I don't get to 140 so be it but can I least get back to 160. That is the lowest weight I have been in my adult life. Any suggestions? Anybody else having this problem? I did get in a size 12 though and I am happy. Just 30 more pounds! Como on lap-band, work for me! Later!!!
  13. Happy Easter Everyone! Hope everyone is good!
