    Hello Bethany I had surgery on 8/14 my biggest issue was gas bubbles. My pain was primarily in my upper left shoulder. The pain was terrible and it lasted about 6 weeks. I can tell you that overtime it gets better but the first week or two are pretty miserable. Good Luck to you on you life changing journey....
