I am overweight and decided to do something about it! I have tried diets which works until I lose interest or get tired of starving myself. Once the diet stops the weight comes back plus more. I was very luck with my insurance they paid 100% for the surgery and didn't require weight lost before hand. I think it took a total of 3 months to get the surgery done from my first office visit. I did have 2 hernias which cause a little more healing pain then I wanted, happy to say all is well. I am grateful for this journey and will try to keep focus and on track to keep my goals.
