  1. Hi Everyone...I hope everyone is doing well! I am now 5 weeks out from by banding and I am wondering how long any of you waited to eat any type of Bread Products (Wheat Tortillas, Wheat Toast, Crackers,Pasta, etc...)? I'm just wanting to add a little something new..
  2. Thank you for replying so quickly! Are you making your own protein smoothies/shakes or are you buying them?
  3. Hello ...... I am new to this so please bare with me..lol ... I was just banded on Thursday, August 27th so I can completely empathize with you guys. I have had to deal with the same problems such as gas and chest pain and that is not fun : ( I am just stumped on exactly what I can add to my diet . I have been on broths, sugar-free popsicles and sugar-free jello since my surgery and I was wanting to see if you guys started eating yogurt, oatmeal or eggs that early.... I am actually hungry ..... Any advice would be greatly appreciated
  4. Hello! I am new to this so please bare with me. I just had my surgery on 08/27/09 and the thought of broth is just not happening! I have gone to several different websites including my doctor's and everything seems so vague. How soon did you guys introduce new food? I would really like to enjoy some oatmeal, yogurt and eggs!
