This decision has been a long time coming and I finally decided to take the plunge. I am super excited and cant wait to be banded. I toyed witht he decision to get banded for almost 3 years and after gaining more weight year after year, I knew this would be the best desicion for me. I have tried all sorts of dieting and fasting only to gain the weight back immediately. Hopefully thr band will help me better manage and keep the weight off for good.
