I love that I had the sils procedure because you can't tell that I had surgery. I only had 2 fills and have some restriction. I'm a slow healing so I was out of work from 10/7 and I didn't go back until 10/26. Was it painful for me yes, but when my body healed I was fine. Everyone's body is different. I hoped this helped :-)

Hey momma.....it was a rough. My surgery was the 7th and I didn't get to leave the hospital until the 10th because i kept throwing up. The shoulder and chest pain was unbearable. The chest pain stopped but I still get the shoulder pain from time to time. I try to walk as often as I can. The doctor put me out of work for 2 and half weeks. I'm feeling much better now, still learning how to eat. I started going to the gym. thanks for asking. how are you

I'm barely getting through that liquid diet lol. I wanted to share with you this girl's youtube that's been real encouraging for me, she got her surgery done by Dr. Giess in Jan 09' and her results are amazing , she does a youtube every week and she lost over a 100 pounds. Her youtube is Skymoon1982. I would love to go shopping, I lost 10 pounds on the liquid diet already :-). I don't know how to send a private message on this website yet lol ttyl

Hey, just wanted to know how long after you completed your requirements and Dr. Giess had everything for you to get a date.....as of yesterday, they have everything off the list they required. Thanks a bunch

Hey Sal, I have HIP and it does not require a 6 month supervised diet. Thank you God, sorry to hear that, did you check with the insurance to verify that a 6 month supervised diet is required.
